The two calls your CS team is tired of taking.
“Our CS team spends half their day answering ‘where’s my order’ and ‘can you send me that invoice.”
→ Portl gives B2B customers 24/7 self-service on every order in your ERP — including the ones that never touched the website.
“Our customers see MSRP online, then call us for their real price. Some just don’t buy online at all.”
→ Portl displays each customer’s negotiated Epicor pricing in real time — on the product page, in the cart, at checkout.

Logged-in customers access every order, invoice, shipment, and payment on their Epicor account — whether the record originated online, by phone, through a rep, or via EDI. Header-level views with full drill-down detail. Live from Epicor, not cached.

FAQs.
What’s the difference between ShopHive Portl and ShopHive Synq?
ShopHive Synq is the data engine. It keeps products, pricing, inventory, customers, and orders in sync between Epicor and your storefront on configurable intervals. ShopHive Portl is the customer-facing portal layer that sits on top — it lets logged-in B2B customers look up orders, invoices, shipments, and payments live from Epicor. Portl always includes Synq. Synq is available standalone for B2C or B2B teams that don’t need the portal.
Which Epicor ERPs does ShopHive support?
Epicor Kinetic and Epicor Prophet 21 (P21). Both are fully supported by Portl and Synq. We don’t currently support Eclipse, Eagle, or BisTrack inside the ShopHive product — though Silk as an agency can engage on custom projects for those ERPs.
How long does implementation take?
Days to weeks — not months. ShopHive Portl is a pre-built, packaged solution. The standard implementation includes connecting Synq to your Epicor instance, configuring sync rules, and deploying the portal on your existing BigCommerce or Shopify store.
What’s included in the customer portal?
Dashboard, orders (online and offline), invoices, shipments, shipping addresses, contacts, recent purchases, and quotes. Customers see every record on their Epicor account regardless of how the order was originally placed — web, phone, EDI, or rep-entered.
Do my customers see their negotiated pricing?
Yes — with the Customer-Specific Pricing add-on. Logged-in buyers see their contracted Epicor rates in real time on the product page, in the cart, and at checkout. Talk to us about pricing for this capability, as it requires custom development per client environment.
Will ShopHive work with my existing BigCommerce or Shopify store?
Yes. ShopHive deploys on top of your existing BigCommerce or Shopify storefront. You keep your current theme, apps, integrations, and checkout. Portl extends the storefront with Epicor account data and the customer self-service layer; Synq runs the live sync behind the scenes.
How is this different from Epicor Commerce Connect?
Epicor Commerce Connect is built on Adobe Commerce (Magento), which locks you to a single platform with declining ecosystem and high operating cost. ShopHive runs on BigCommerce or Shopify — modern platforms with thousands of apps and a massive developer community. ECC is also implementation-heavy; Portl deploys in days to weeks.
