THE CHALLENGE
Building an Online Presence from the Ground Up to Meet B2B and B2C Demand
Looking to kickstart its online presence rapidly, Chase Corporation (Chase Corp) saw the increasing demand for a digital transformation to grow online sales and new customer acquisition. Previously, Chase Corp did not have an established site for selling online to B2C and new customers. To both revolutionize their customer experience while also meeting expectations, Chase Corp sought out a full-service digital agency capable of delivering a best-in-class eCommerce experience and scalable online storefront.
THE SOLUTION
A Scalable, High-Performance eCommerce Platform Built for Growth
Chase Corp partnered with Silk Commerce to launch a modern eCommerce website powered by BigCommerce B2B Edition and a next-generation technology stack, including Catalyst, Makeswift, and Vercel. Delivered in just four months, the site was built with a strong focus on user experience and performance. Catalyst and Vercel provide the headless architecture for a high-speed storefront, while Makeswift enables easy content management across CMS pages and Product Detail Pages. New UI enhancements—such as a distributor locator and customer portal—make it easier for users to find products, place orders, and access key account information. With this new platform, Chase Corp now has a scalable eCommerce foundation built to serve both new and existing customers.
